In Silence, Silence is receptive. In Silence, Silence receives everyone. Grace does not choose; Grace Is.
Love is not limited by our measure of receptivity. Contemplative Prayer is abandonment to this Love. The Unknowing met with in this Silence is simply a confession that no technique gets to this Love; there is no way to this Love, for Love is already present, is Presence. The learning is the learning that dissolves the veils of defense against the Mystery, that we might receive what is already, always Given.
We realize this Love in our relationship with others. We learn to recognize practical ways to offer Love to others. Yet, ultimately, Love is Grace, and Grace means no one can receive for another. We cannot gracefully go about pushing ourselves around on others. And, regardless, our Love still shines, and on everyone, both in our limitations in loving and in others who do not receive that Love. And, in Grace, in some way that we do not know, all that is okay. And, we know, Love frees for Love is free.

The presentations at this site cover a long time period. Each one represents part of an on-going Pilgrimage, and the writer's ideas, practices, and experience have changed over time. This change is the quality of any living Journey. Please read with this in mind, allowing the inner Teacher to speak to you as you need at this particular time in your own living Journey. Thanks!
